2. About Air Link Imaging

Air Link Imaging provides aerial imaging, drone-based inspection, LiDAR scanning, 3D documentation, object segmentation, quantity takeoffs, and related visual documentation services for commercial buildings, construction projects, and facilities. All flight operations are conducted in compliance with FAA regulations.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material (spam).
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access or collect content from the Site without our prior written consent.
• Impersonate Air Link Imaging, its employees, or any other person or entity.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, video, the Air Link Imaging name and logo, and all aerial and visual media — is the property of Air Link Imaging or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Blog articles published on the Site are for informational purposes. Sharing links to articles is permitted; reproducing full article text without attribution and written permission is not.

5. Service Inquiries and Quotes

Submitting a contact form constitutes an inquiry only. No contract for services is formed by submitting the form, receiving an automated acknowledgment, or any informal correspondence. A binding agreement for services requires a signed written contract or statement of work between you and Air Link Imaging.

Pricing, availability, and the scope of deliverables are subject to change and depend on project specifics, airspace authorizations, and scheduling. All quoted prices are estimates until confirmed in a written agreement.

6. FAA Compliance and Airspace

All drone operations performed by Air Link Imaging are conducted in accordance with applicable FAA regulations, including Part 107, and any required airspace authorizations (LAANC or waiver). Clients are responsible for obtaining any property owner consents, notifying relevant parties, and ensuring legal access to the flight site as required by local ordinances. Air Link Imaging reserves the right to decline or abort any flight it determines to be unsafe or non-compliant.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
